    01 APPLICATION APPROVAL
    Once we receive your application, our franchising department will carefully review it, taking into consideration your business experience. We will then follow up to discuss how well we can align your aspirations with our basic franchise requirements.
    02 SITE SELECTION
    Upon the approval of your application, we will connect you with a dedicated real estate agent in your area. Together, we will diligently search for a strategic location that meets our stringent criteria, including high foot traffic, modern infrastructure, ample parking facilities, and sufficient space to accommodate our restaurant size requirements.
    03 CONSTRUCTION
    Our corporate team will collaborate with you during the construction phase of your restaurant. We will create a blueprint mock-up to ensure that the restaurant's design is in line with the distinctive Shaaz Indian Cuisine brand. You will receive a comprehensive list of recommended equipment, materials, and interior design specifications.
    04 CORPORATE TRAINING
    Dedicated corporate trainers will be available to provide comprehensive training to the owner, manager, and the entire staff. This training will encompass our standard operating procedures, ensuring that your restaurant operates at the highest level of excellence.
    05 OPENING SUPPORT
    During your restaurant's grand opening, our corporate team will be on-site to provide support and guidance, ensuring a seamless transition. By the end of this process, your staff will be fully prepared to manage all aspects of your Shaaz Indian Cuisine restaurant successfully.
    06 ONGOING SUPPORT
    Once your store is up and running, our warehouse will provide you with ongoing fulfillment of store supplies. Additional training & customer service management will be available virtually. Product development and marketing campaigns will be implemented to promote interest in the business.
